Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Noida organized a virtual HR Conclave. The conclave was discussed on the theme of “Changing Dynamics and Sustainability in Disruptive Times”. The keynote speaker of the conclave was Dr. Kulneet Suri, Senior Director of IMS Noida.
The other speaker of the conclave was NTPCs CSR GM G Sridhar, Aditya Pal Singh Director of Talent Acquisition, Mahesh Munjal, CMD of Majestic Auto Limited, Abhay Kapoor, Senior HR Leader of Amazon, Rajneesh Singh, Managing Partner of Simply HR Solution, Gagandeep Bhullar, IMS President Rajeev Kumar Gupta, CMD Shilpi Gupta and also made their presence.
While discussing Dr. Kulneet Suri, Sr. Director IMS Noida said that in todays dynamic world HR has been facing new age challenges. The reason for this is not only COVID but the advent of the latest technology and innovation in the workplace. She added that at one time HR department was known for support work in institutes but in present times the situation has changed. Today HR department is making its contribution to digitization in institutes and organizations in a big way.
The main objective of this program was to try to find the opinions of experts on new ways of working in the current changing environment and on the preparation of employment in the future.
